Kenny Powers
If you don’t know the second season is airing September 26th on HBO… I’ve always been a fan of Danny McBride’s comedy and this show stacks up. If you haven’t seen it… netflix it or check your HBO on demand, it’s worth a watch.
I contacted Idiot Genius about this Kenny F@ckin’ Powers shirt and told them I’d like to do a review of it before the show came back on. Not only were they nice enough to give the blog a discount code, they also sent me a care package which included a Kenny Powers shirt, two packs of vintage collectors cards (new kids on the block and Rap cards lol) and stickers. The shirt is screen printed on a Gildan Ultra Cotton t-shirt and I have to be honest, Gildan is not my favorite shirt… and that made me all the more surprised when I put it on and it fit and felt great. I’ve not tried on one of their Ultra Cotton tees to date, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Gildans also aren’t my favorite, but the 50/50 ones feel pretty good and we definitely limit how many Gildans we actually use. I think we have 3-4 of them, chose mainly for the color we couldn’t find elsewhere.
Like I said though, this shirt feels and fits good and I do know the 50/50′s hold up longer than the 100% cottons. As I’ve said before I still have some 50/50′s from 10+ years ago. Nice and extra soft now :)
