A Beautiful Fix
Came across HEL-LA clothing a few weeks ago and really liked their t-shrits, especially A Beautiful Fix. I love the art, choice of using all greyscale and that it’s on a v-neck, you don’t see many v-necks for some reason. Overall this is just a really nice t-shirt and I’d certainly wear it any day of the week.
I spoke with Josh from HEL-LA via email and this is what he had to say:
HEL-La just launched in July 2010, created by 3 neighbors in a Hollywood apartment complex. My wife Beka, the creator and sales/marketing guru, our neighbor Chris in design and production, and myself Josh the creative director and designer/illustrator. The basis of the brand is highlighting the more devious side of Los Angeles life and culture. Combining our love for comics, classic horror, and this city we simply wanted to create some cool shirts that did exactly that.
